風乾牛板筋 (牛姜)由澳洲牛的頸部韌帶製成，是牛筋中最具彈性的部位。經過低溫風乾超過60小時， 有效保留牛姜本身營養。

牛姜含豐富天然葡萄糖胺軟骨素、蛋白質及Omega 3，對皮膚、關節、軟骨和骨酪都有很好的保健作用。而且牛姜非常堅靱耐咬 ，能協助毛孩㓗淨牙齒，去除頑固牙石牙垢，亦有解悶作用。100% 天然，不含防腐劑。
